THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Asset Manager, this role will see you supporting activities covering the maintaining of the asset register across our customer portfolio including ongoing review of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) invoices.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Accurately maintain and enter Asset details for all brands from RST/Engineer, PPM, Fixed Assets Manager, into COMS Database.
- Undertake regular reporting and analysis in Excel utilising complex formulas and data analysis tools.
- Ongoing, review of PPM invoices to be signed off and sent to Accounts for processing.
- Provide support to contractors, stores and City team members.
- Daily, review and management of Assets inbox.
- Ensure PPM schedules are correct.
- Source and send essential services compliance documentation upon request.
- Maintain essential services compliance schedule.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- VCE achieved - Essential
- Cert III/IV Commerce/management/asset maintenance (or similar) - highly preferred
- Ability to analyse large volumes of data through Excel - Essential
- Well-developed verbal communication skills including consultation with suppliers, 3rd parties, vendors, etc. - Essential
- Great work ethic and the desire to succeed.
