The Opportunity:
Are you a detail-oriented, process-focused professional looking to lead and support a dynamic Asset Management Team? We are seeking an Asset Management Team Lead to oversee all activities related to preventative maintenance scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. This role offers the chance to proactively manage configuration of PPM types, resource allocation, and forms, while ensuring maintenance schedules meet business needs for compliance and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of PPM, invoicing, and reporting for the Asset Management Team.
  • Proactively configure PPM types, allocate resources, and manage PPM forms to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee PPM scheduling to meet compliance and cost management requirements.
  • Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy before submission to Accounts Payable.
  • Manage subcontractors in relation to preventative maintenance activities.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with annual budget preparations and financial data analysis.
  • Provide ongoing support and leadership to the Asset Management Team.

What you need:

  • Tertiary education in Business Management, Commerce, Engineering, or Science.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Proven ability to manage scheduling, invoicing, and reporting activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in leading teams and supporting operational excellence.
  • Full Australian working rights.
