**About the Role**

**About you**
- Experience in managing a block funded program in accordance with specific guidelines.
- The capacity to work effectively as a member of a team within Gateways organisational culture
- Ability to liaise effectively and work in partnership with the Department of Education and Training and other stakeholders.
- High standards of professional integrity and accountability
- Strong organisational skills and high levels of productivity
- Experience us chairing meetings to ensure desired outcomes are met in accordance with program guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills providing specific advice and guidance reflective of the program and the guidelines.
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and online services
- A commitment to ongoing learning and innovation

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- Current Working with Children Card
- A current driver’s license
- Covid Vaccination Certificate (including booster)
- Police check
- International police check (if lived outside of Australia for more than 12 months in the last 10 years)
