Gateways Support Services vision is to help provide support for children and adults with a disability and their families to maximise their quality of life.

**The role**:
A great opportunity to grow your management experience and act as our
**Families and Early Childhood Team Leader** for a period of 2 months.

You will lead and motivate team members to achieve quality services for participants and provide supervision and role modelling to ensure all staff work cooperatively and effectively as a team to deliver program objectives.

This role is split across two key functions:

- Ensure the effective management of Gateways family advisory and support services to achieve great outcomes for participants.
- Ensure the effective management of the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) and Pre-School Field Officer (PSFO) programs in collaboration with the PSFO team and the KIS Program Facilitator
- Have knowledge of KIS and PSFO programs
- Ability to network and develop effective working relationships.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience with disability support
- An understanding and demonstrated commitment to social inclusion and diversity and valuing attitudes and commitment to people with
- Lead to deliver appropriate, high-quality support and care programs.
- Support, guidance, and training to team members and volunteers to enhance and build their skills.

- Victorian Driver's License
- NDIS Check
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
