**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced BI Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic Reporting & Analysis team. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation.

**Your new role will involve**:

- Developing and maintaining Power BI datasets, reports, and data extracts.
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Modernise legacy reporting systems into best-practice Power BI architecture.
- Mentoring and supporting self-service BI dashboard developers across the organisation.
- Designing and executing test plans to ensure smooth handovers to operational teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Power BI or Azure certifications are highly regarded.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Extensive experience with T-SQL, DAX, and Power Query.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, OLTP, and star schema design.
- Proven ability to design and implement data visualisation solutions.
- Experience with aged care clinical systems (e.g., Alayacare, Epicor) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
