**About this role**
You'll be joining the largest public health system in Australia and contribute to a world-class health system in NSW.
Leverage your broad finance and project management skills to enhance business operations in your day-to-day role. Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $97,027 - $107,059 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provide arrange of accounting, administrative and business partnering support to ensure the achievement of critical deadlines.
- Support month-end financial tasks to meet reporting requirements and assist the Principal Officer in maintaining and updating the branch budget management register (BMR).
- Provide financial information to ensure compliance with funding conditions and support the management of program budgets and expenditure reporting.
- Perform a wide range of administrative functions, including raising purchase requisitions for branch procurement, coordinating travel bookings for staff, managing Cabcharge issuance, and processing stationery orders.
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Relevant qualifications in business, finance/accounting (or studying towards) and/or relevant recent experience.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and exercise initiative and judgement in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and documents.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, finance, or related fields, or significant progress towards completion of these qualifications, or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail. Proven ability to present financial information clearly and accessibly for non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality written materials, including briefs and formal correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Financial Management Information Systems such as Oracle Financials, iProcurement, and BTS.
