We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator who will also perform the following responsibilities:

  1. Greet and check in candidates, verify identification, and explain testing procedures.
  2. Conduct candidate check-in processes including ID checks, photos, and signatures.
  3. Monitor test sessions and enforce test sponsor and security protocols.
  4. Ensure a professional and secure testing environment.
  5. Handle technical or procedural issues during exams, escalating when required.
  6. Complete daily test logs, reports, and incident documentation accurately.
  7. Maintain readiness of testing equipment, workstations, and candidate areas.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Preferred: Previous experience in the education, training, or assessment industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer troubleshooting.
  • Ability to follow strict procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
Working Conditions

  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and monitoring.
