**Company**
Health based not for profit Membership organisation is seeking a temporary Grants and Administration Officer for an immediate start for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

***

**Position**
- Co-ordinate and distribute meeting documentation, including, but not limited to; agendas, meeting minutes, action sheets, and administrative processes relating to the Board and Committees
- Development and updates of annual reports and financials to SharePoint
- General administrative and ad-hoc duties, willing to support reception cover as and when required
- Facilitate travel and accommodation requests as required

**Profile**
To be successful you will ideally have:

- Considerable experience as a grant administrator or very similar administrative role in a corporate environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Intermediate Excel and Advanced Word experience is desirable
- Demonstrated ability and temperament to work with sensitive information
- An easy-going personality, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams while staying focused on time-sensitive priorities.
- You will have incredibly high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- The ability to start this role immediately
