- We’re looking for a Payroll Software Implementation Consultant in Australia or New Zealand As an Implementation Consultant, you will solve complex business problems for our customers by implementing ReadyTech software. Your role is incredibly important in helping ReadyTech achieve its goal of building advocacy and delivering world-class customer satisfaction by implementing quality projects on time.**You will get to**:
- Engage with our customers to understand their business processes
- Drive assigned implementation projects from start to ‘go live’
- Attend project meetings and provide proactive customer contact throughout the whole process
- Collaborate with the Development team to implement customer specific rules
- Project administration, including data migration, scheduling/timeline management and updating internal systems and tracking activities and progress
- Deliver targeted system training (onsite, face-to-face, group and online)
- Provide comprehensive handovers to the Customer Support team post ‘go live’

- You have excellent project and time management skills and enjoy a good to do list
- You enjoy solving problems and thinking outside the box
- You have an inquisitive and self-starting nature when it comes to learning
- You can think analytically with a good understanding of technical jargon
- You understand either NZ or Australian payroll compliance (knowing both would be incredible)
- You have 2+ years of experience in a project management role, implementing either SaaS payroll or HRIS systems
- You have a track record of building effective working relationships with cross functional teams such as Sales, Development and Client Service.
