We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Reservations Agent to join our enthusiastic team at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, this is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

The Role
- Assist with quoting and converting leisure group business of 10+ rooms
- Develop and build rapport with regular clients and Travel Agents
- Communicate efficiently with other departments within the hotel
- Handling and processing reservations and inquiries
- Carry out pre-arrival checks ensuring accuracy of guest and reservations information.

Ideally you will have:

- Ambition to progress your career in the Reservations and Revenue department
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of Opera PMS system preferred but not essential
- Ability to multi task and work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a passion for customer service

**Salary**: $28.75 per hour
