**Company**

Tier 3 Builder that works across the commercial, retail, healthcare and Educational scenes. They have been a part of the construction realm for over 30 years.

**Your role**:
You will be walking in to oversee a number of projects across the southern areas of NSW across Educational & Healthcare projects. You will manage and coordinate the day to day activities required to run a successful completion of these projects. You will have a number of contracts run at a time and this will require an element of travel.

Permanent position with both Full Time working weeks OR 2-3 day part time weeks) Must be willing to travel
- Supervision of construction projects for partners and customers in the Educational & Healthcare sectors.
- Trade allocation and procurement
- Offering advice, guidance and customer service in directing successful completion of numerous sites at any given time.
- implementing and maintaining WH&S procedures on working sites.
- Completing quality control audits on projects.
- Ensuring contractors consistently complete a high level of workmanship.

**Requirements to be considered**
- Experience in a Supervisor position for at least 2 years.
- Good technical building knowledge including Building Codes and Standards
- Cert IV or Diploma in Building highly desirable but not essential
- Trade background essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to our customers, insurance partners and liaising with contractors and suppliers.
- Willing to travel
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
