**Classification**: ANU Officer Grade 6 (Maintenance) **Salary package**: $84,019 - $87,862 per annum plus 17% Superannuation **Term**: Full Time, Continuing **Position overview**: The mission of Facilities and Services Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The four key portfolios are Corporate and Client Services, Maintenance, Operations and Projects. The Division’s Building Maintenance team is responsible for the management and delivery of best practice maintenance and minor capital works at the ANU across the ANU. Reporting to the Building Maintenance Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for delivery outcomes of timely and high quality maintenance and minor works services in relation to a multi-disciplined team of trade staff and contractors. This will include the oversight of statutory, preventative and corrective maintenance services and minor capital works across the University. The Mechanical Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate at peak efficiency. They Mechanical Services Supervisor will need to be able to forecasted workloads and assigned tasks accordingly to make sure deadlines are met with accuracy, resolve issues that arise in order to keep both building maintenance activities running smoothly or take care of any repairs needed.
