Your primary duties will include: - Assist the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse operations, encompassing inventory management, logistics coordination, and order processing. - Help supervise a team of warehouse staff, offering guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established procedures. - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and promptly reconcile discrepancies. - Collaborate with the Buying and Retail teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products to stores, minimizing stock shortages and overages. - Implement and enforce Work Health and Safety (WHS) protocols to establish a secure working environment for all warehouse personnel. - Oversee the fulfillment process of all sales orders, ensuring accurate and efficient dispatch. - Report on warehouse stock movements and stock movements to and from stores, ensuring all stock is properly accounted for. - Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and optimize warehouse procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions. - Assist with the training and development of warehouse staff, fostering a positive team culture and promoting continuous growth. - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to warehouse operations, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity. **Required Skills**: Are you up for the challenge? To excel in this role, you'll need: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a retail or distribution environment. - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building positive relationships with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in data entry and the Microsoft Office suite. - Willingness to be "hands-on" in the warehouse when required, demonstrating versatility and commitment. **What next?
