**About the Role**

One of our federal government clients are seeking an experienced Change and Communications Advisor to join the team. You will be responsible for:

- Assessing change impacts, project milestones and undertaking end user research to develop evidence-based change management strategies and implementation plans.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and management.
- Providing strategic advice to project teams and sponsors on emerging risks and treatments.
- Developing productive relationships with project members and stakeholders.
- Managing and implementing change activities, working cooperatively with project members, business clients, HR, L&D and corporate communication staff to ensure success of all the change management levers.
- Oversight of the production, approval, and distribution of clear, concise, and consistent communication products for multiple audiences.
- Oversight of workforce engagement and regular communication activities from the Office of the CIO.
- Working with the division's senior executive to advance the division's operating model and workforce strategy.

**About You**
- 5+ years of experience in organisational change management program design and implementation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positively persuade and influence at all levels.
- An ability to quickly understand technical information and translate it into plain English
- Experience leading end-to-end organisational change initiatives.
- Experience working in complex and dynamic environments.
- A client service focus with the ability to influence and drive initiatives.
- Sound judgment and an ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to work as part of a small team, as well as across various project teams.
- Change Management Professional and Project/Program Management certification desirable but not mandatory. (Desirable)
