The Opportunity

As part of the advisory business, this role will work closely with our client to ensure the delivery of internal communications and change management initiatives.

**Your key areas of focus will include, but not limited to**:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to revise internal communications strategy and deliver a communications plan
Promote and coordinate internal events and engagement activities
Prepare reports, submissions, briefing notes and other written material as required
Bring thought leadership and innovation to the change and communication design process, challenging traditional practice and supporting the business in building capability

What you’ll bring

An excellent ability to build effective working relationships, with a range of people, and work collaboratively towards a common goal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience within change communications will be highly regarded
The ability to develop communications plans taking into account competing stakeholder needs

Due to the nature of our work, you'll need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
