Through the delivery of services and implementation of new systems, processes and technology, we assist our clients to gain competitive advantage and reach new heights.

We are seeking for an experienced Change and Communications Manager to join our team within the Federal Government Department in Canberra.

**The Change and Communication Manager is required to**:
Manage, coordinate and report on all program stakeholder engagement activities.

Conduct change impact assessments and change dependency mapping

Support the monitoring of the effectiveness of change and communications delivery

Develop and maintain project messaging and supporting materials

Identify change risks as well as mitigation actions

**Essential Criteria**:
3 years+ delivery experience in facilitating and implementing change and communications activities across complex government environments

Proven experience in delivering change management services across various project management frameworks including PRINCE2 and Agile.

Proven experience in building business ownership for change

Experience in building and maintaining productive working relationships.

Certification in Change Management methodologies such as People Centred Implementation

**Desirable criteria**:
Experience in writing committee briefs, senior leader talking points

Experience working across public and private sectors
