**What is the role?**

We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We see this role as one of the most important in the business - as it is the CSR who is the face of Bowser Bean and what we represent. The role includes:

- Serving customers with a positive can-do attitude
- Making barista coffee
- Preparing our quality food products for sale
- Ensuring out store is clean and presentable
- Other duties as instructed by management

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous

You will have the potential to work up to 38 hours per week, while earning a generous hourly rate of $32.76* weekday (casual, 20+ year old), and $42.74* weekend (casual, 20+ year old).

*The Award governing this role is the Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award.

**Salary**: Up to $42.74 per hour
