Our client a successful Tyre and Battery Services Business located 20 minutes from Geelong are searching for an experienced Manager to lead and develop their team. Having worked in a similar role you will be experienced in the automotive and tyre industry, have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of delivering a first class service. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to make an immediate impact on the business.

**Primary Objective**:
Responsible for the well being of your team and ensure every customer is completely satisfied with the services provided along with being responsible for the performance of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure company policies are adhered to at all times
- Managing the workshop with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the workshop at all times.
- Attending to customers and providing exceptional customer experience.
- Motivating, encouraging and communication with your team.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Store administration including processing payments and daily invoicing.
- Stock control and management of store security and assets.
- Ensuring compliance and safe work practices.
- Implementation of stock control system.
- Drive sales targets and business initiatives.
- Managing in-store customer enquiries and bookings.
- Allocation of workshop activities and tasks to the team.
- Tyre fitting, balancing and wheel alignments in the workshop as required.
- Implementing new and better ideas for the business.
- Marketing and cold calls to businesses within Lara and surrounding areas.
- Attend to offsite calls assisting the local community.
