The essence of this role
**_is using your extensive experience in mining technology, including a strong understanding of product development and commercialization processes, to drive business growth and uphold high QESHA standards._**

This diverse role includes providing technical support, managing the Global Competence Centre, and developing commercial products to meet customer needs. You will also collaborate with sales teams for field trials, engage with customers to promote new products, and contribute to marketing efforts through technical reports and literature. It is assumed that you have a proven track record in managing technical projects and experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
