**About the Role**
We’re seeking an experienced and practical **Farm Supervisor** to join our team. Reporting to the National Farm Manager, this role is key to overseeing daily farming operations—from harvesting and irrigation to planting and land management. You'll support team coordination while ensuring crop health, safety compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and supervise daily on-farm activities
- Implement harvesting, irrigation, pest control, and planting programs
- Lead, train, and motivate farm staff
- Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of operations and farm data
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure operational alignment

**Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience in farm supervision or horticulture/agricultural operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of sustainable farming, pest control, and soil management
- Effective planning and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and teamwork

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- farm supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
