About the Role

We’re seeking a practical, motivated **Farm Supervisor** to join our farm team in **The Channon NSW**. This is a key leadership role supporting daily farming operations—from harvest and irrigation through to pest control and planting. You'll work closely with the National Farm Manager to deliver strong team performance, healthy crops, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and oversee day-to-day farm operations
- Coordinate harvesting, planting, irrigation, and pest management programs
- Supervise and train farm staff to work safely and effectively
- Ensure compliance with WHS, organic certification, and food safety
- Maintain operational records and collaborate with production and quality teams

What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in horticulture, cropping, or farm supervision

- Knowledge of sustainable/organic practices highly regarded
