**About the Role**

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on **National Production Manager** to lead our production operations across two key sites—**The Channon (NSW) and Paddys Green (QLD)**. This senior role is central to managing production teams, ensuring product quality, streamlining farm-to-factory processes, and promoting efficiency while upholding our organic and sustainable standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end production operations across NSW and QLD sites (frequent travel required)
- Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
- Mentor and develop production supervisors and their teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and organic production protocols
- Work closely with farm, QA, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organic and sustainable goals
- Ensure accurate data management, reporting, and production tracking

**Skills & Experience**
- Extensive experience in managing multi-site production operations
- Background in agriculture, food manufacturing, or related sectors
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities
- Project management and operational planning expertise
- Familiarity with quality systems, regulatory compliance, and organic certification standards
- Willingness to travel frequently between regional sites

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
