**Role Purpose** Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey where you'll be at the forefront of retail sales and contribute to the smooth operations of our business? As a key team member, you'll work closely with Allied Health professionals and clients to truly understand their unique needs, and provide them with top-notch recommendations and demonstrations of our exceptional equipment. You'll be the face of our company, meeting clients both in our retail showrooms and occasionally in their homes, showcasing the remarkable benefits of our products and services. From the initial quote to the final delivery, you'll expertly facilitate the sales process, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service at every interaction.

**Key Accountabilities**

**Empathetic Relationship Building**: Create and nurture professional relationships with our partners and clients, putting empathy at the core of every interaction.

**End-to-End Sales Management**: Masterfully manage the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to successful product delivery. This includes lead management, needs analysis, product research, proposal creation, persuasive presentations, skillful negotiation, accurate quoting, and seamless order processing.

**Efficient Data Management**: Keep a detailed record of relevant sales and inquiries using our state-of-the-art Hello Mobility computer systems.

**Product Expertise**: Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services, as well as our competitors'. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, positioning our offerings as the best in the market.

**Continuous Improvement**: Embrace and follow all processes and procedures, always striving for enhanced efficiency and excellence in your role.

**Professional Presentation**: Take pride in maintaining the retail showroom, products, and vehicles in pristine condition, ensuring our partners and clients are met with a professional and welcoming environment.

**Safety First**: Prioritize workplace health and safety practices, ensuring a secure environment for everyone.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Darra, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
