We excel in creating and maintaining clean, healthy and safe indoor and outdoor environments for commercial office buildings, as well as retail, education, heath, medical, leisure and government facilities.

Our business is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Be involved in both internal and external quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirement
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery, implement quality improvement initiatives, and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organisation
- Ensure all project operations comply with comprehensive quality assurance plan prepared by the National Quality Manager of the organisation
- Ensure compliance of quality systems, encompassing change controls, deviations, incidents, and customer feedback
- Manage the operations, ensuring service delivery to your portfolio of clients is planned and executed efficiently
- Report to Managing Director, National Operations Director and National Quality Assurance Manager on any operational issues and workshop solutions
- Ensure organisation’s quality management systems are implemented and adhere to pertinent legislation, regulations, standards, and funding prerequisites
- Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and contractual obligations.
- Conduct operations in line with applicable laws.
- Employ root cause analysis to pinpoint avenues for enhancement and practice refinement.

Skills required:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher, or at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of compliance and quality enhancement.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality, risk, compliance, or audit processes
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Proven ability to implement quality assurance and project management practices in line with established standards.

The position is full-time with a salary range of $73,000 to $85,000 depending on skills and experience.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
