This role is essential in ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient data management across our Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Hospital Information System (HIS), and cloud-based ERP platforms.

- Perform routine data audits and integrity checks to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
- Generate health reports and insights to support decision-making, quality assurance, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Australian privacy laws (e.g., My Health Records Act, Privacy Act) and digital health standards.

User Experience & Frontline Engagement
- Act as a bridge between frontline health workers and technical teams.
- Gather user feedback to improve the usability and effectiveness of health information systems.
- Champion adoption and digital literacy initiatives for clinical staff.

Technology Integration & Support
- Support the integration of local health systems with mobile apps and external platforms.
- Work with ICT teams to ensure network reliability, data backup, and secure cloud hosting.
- Assist in configuring health information systems for new sites or clinics.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, Health Informatics, or related field.
- Postgraduate training in Public Health, Digital Health, or Health Systems Management (preferred).

Experience
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting (nursing or allied health preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience working with EMR/HIS systems, digital health platforms, or healthcare data management.

Technical Skills
- Understanding of EMR, HIS, and cloud-based health systems (e.g., OpenMRS, MediRecords, Best Practice, etc.).
