Join our team We are looking for a Junior Category Manager - Indirect, accountable for delivering effective Procurement activities that continually improve the Bank’s methods of purchasing and delivers ongoing value to ING.

**What are you going to do?**
- You will focus on relationship building both internal and external in delivering results to align to both the local and global matrix
- You will manage the supplier sourcing process across the categories, ensuring that all stakeholders are onboard with roles and responsibilities and thoroughly understand the Procurement Framework
- You will handle engagement of Procurement across the multiple categories and maximizing the full potential of Procurement influence
- You will liaise with the internal Stakeholders

**What are we looking for? Someone who**
- Is a procurement professional, with a understanding of the Procurement cycle and has an exposure to procurement systems (i.e. PeopleSoft)
- Has experience in drafting tender documents, appraisals and has a full understanding of contractual agreements & commercial terms
- Has demonstrated the ability to perform the required tasks in past roles for 2+ years
- Has the ability to manage and influence cross-functional sourcing teams
- Will understand working in a highly regulated environment and implementing internal and external regulatory requirements with a focus on competitive sourcing, skilled negotiations, robust vendor management and securing long term supply control for the Bank
