**About Us**

Vetnostics Pathology Laboratory Services is a specialist veterinary pathology laboratory dedicated to providing diagnostic pathology services to veterinarians. Vetnostics Pathology has a team of dedicated and experienced veterinary pathologists. The service offers a wide range of veterinary pathology laboratory testing, including biochemistry and haematology, microbiology, endocrinology, serology, histopathology and cytology. Reporting to the National Veterinary Business Development Manager we are currently seeking a Veterinary Liaison Officer for NSW and ACT.

This position is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships as well as building new client relationships through the identification of business opportunities.

**Key responsibilities of this role**
- Maintaining and improving existing customer service and client relationships
- Building new customer relationships
- Strengthen and build market position - identify new opportunities for growth
- Providing client support, acting as a customer advocate covering all areas of service delivery.
- Collaborating with management to support our business to provide a quality and efficient service
- Networking - attend relevant events such as Continuing Education Sessions and Marketing and Promotional Events
- Meet required behavioral (customer, operational & functional) and financial KPI’s (as determined by the business)
- Working with key operational team members to manage customer and laboratory expectations
