**Job Description**:
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, this Payroll Officer will manage the end to end function of weekly APAC payruns. On and day to day basis, your responsibility will be to deliver the weekly payment run and ensure the integrity of calculations prior to disbursement, review termination calculations, interpret and implement awards, superannuation and all new starter administration.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the preparation, processing and copmletion of the weekly and monthly payrolls
- Add to new employee master file data accurately
- Manage the processing, reconciliation and remittance of deducations to various authorities, medical funds etc in compliance with the payroll standard
- Liaise with HR across APAC regions to understand the requirements of the payrolls and communicate with current vendors
- Providing assistance and support to ensure awards are correctly interprested and applied
- Using ADP and Kronos daily

**Qualifications**:
Presenting with at least 12 months experience in a similar payroll processing position, you will have a passion for payroll and be ready to build your career with this well known global brand. You will be open to learning and taking on further duties with ample training and development on offer. Experience with ADP preferred however not essential, along with an intermediate Excel knowledge.
