**About the Role**

As our organisation continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and reliable **Administration Officer** to join our office in Greenslopes. This role is vital to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll be part of a friendly and fast-paced team, supporting a wide range of admin tasks across different areas of the business.

**General Administration**:

- Help manage office supplies, records, and admin systems to keep things running smoothly.
- Support day-to-day tasks that keep the office organised and efficient.

**Rostering Support**:

- Assist with scheduling staff shifts and making updates when changes come up.
- Work closely with our rostering and support teams to keep things on track.

**Property Coordination**:

- Help organise inspections, maintenance, and keep property documentation up to date.

**Document & Timesheet Management**:

- Keep employee and service records accurate and well-organised.
- Upload and file documents securely via SharePoint.
- Help with timesheet checks to make sure payroll runs smoothly.

**Communication & Team Support**:

- Keep things connected between different teams and departments.
- Help coordinate meetings, events, or bookings when needed.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and enjoys helping others. You'll do well in this role if you:

- Have great communication skills — especially over the phone and in writing.
- Are calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks without getting flustered.
- Take pride in being thorough, reliable, and professional.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and are happy to lend a hand where needed.
- Are confident with computers, including Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Have some experience in administration (bonus points if that’s in disability, healthcare, or community services).
