**About the Roles**
These roles support our surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, and patients through high-quality administrative service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a smooth hospital experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Theatre Booking Clerk (Full-Time)**
- Coordinate and manage theatre bookings for private and public patients.
- Maintain accurate scheduling data.
- Liaise with surgeons and clinical staff.
- Manage elective surgery waitlists.
**Administration Officer (Casual)**
- Support patient admissions and bed management.
- Answer queries from patients, staff, and visitors.
- Prepare patient documentation and maintain records.
**What You will Bring**:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven admin experience, ideally in healthcare.
- High attention to detail and time management skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and patient systems (e.g. Meditech).
- Medical terminology knowledge (desirable).
