The role

We are seeking a Senior Desktop Analyst to provide technical support for maintenance, installation, and repair of organisational infrastructure and applications. This role suits someone who delivers client-focused service, maintains strong customer relationships, and meets SLAs.

What will I be doing?

  • Resolve complex technical issues escalated by the team and provide timely customer support
  • Maintain regular customer updates and ensure high satisfaction
  • Use escalation processes and adhere to SLAs
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and service delivery improvements
  • Represent Data#3 professionally and participate in team strategy
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through provision of a quality support service
  • Adhere to contracted SLA
  • Provide meaningful, relevant, timely and accurate updates to call logging system
  • Project a positive & professional image when representing Data#3
  • Contribute to the development of customer service delivery improvements, processes, procedures, and documentation
  • Participate in the overall team strategy

What experience and skills will I need?

  • 4+ years' experience in desktop support or similar, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and work independently
  • Skilled in time management, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines
  • Experience with security protocols and technologies such as Active Directory, Windows 10/11, InTune/AutoPilot, SCCM, MAM/MDM, Exchange, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Powershell
  • Fleet management (laptops, mobiles, iPads, desktops) and application deployment
  • Australian Department of Defence baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Knowledge and working experience of security protocols
