Our client is an established business with over forty years in the Australian market providing a valuable service to their customer base in Australia. They have a need for an experienced HR Contractor to join their team for an initial 3-4 month contract.

You will be working with a small, dynamic HR team providing support to a dedicated client group of about 300 employees. You will partner closely with the business and provide support on all HR issues including investigations and ER case management, coaching managers, and recruitment.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of workplace relations within a corporate, commercial environment. You will have demonstrated experience in upskilling managers around compliance, performance management policies, and processes. You will have excellent written skills communication skills and can demonstrate your ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels quickly.
