**About the role**

We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our Canberra office in a role where you really get to know everyone

Key responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients on arrival
- Coordinating and setting up meeting rooms
- Preparing coffee and refreshments for all client meetings
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assisting with other operations (e.g. events and marketing activities)

**About you**

Ideally you will have experience in a client service focussed role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised. Experience or ability to use a professional coffee machine and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a close knit, high performing team.
