- We are seeking a switched on and motivated corporate receptionist to join this growing and highly respected Engineering organisation. This key role will support a busy office, with a high level client service focus - dealing with all clients, customers and business partners in a friendly and professional way as the face to the business.**Your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Working within a fast-paced environment
- Monitoring and maintaining data in a confidential manner
- Database and admin management
- Client contact and liaison on behalf of team as required
- General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness
- Organising couriers, stationary and any other office needs
- Ad-hoc admin support to the team
- Event setup and Management

**Who you are?**
- Polished presentation, comfortable in a corporate environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Switched on with great initiative
- Experience with Databases, Systems and MS Office Suite.
- Great attention to detail
- Organised and flexible approach to your working day
