**The opportunity**

This person will work closely with the marketing and merchandise team to align all campaign objectives across all regions, and also be responsible for managing budgets across all regions accordingly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic that ultimately leads to sales and profit growth.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze keyword trends and competitor strategies to refine and optimize content.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and URLs to improve search visibility.
- Ensure all on-page elements follow SEO best practices and are aligned with the latest algorithms.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
- Address technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
- Implement structured data, schema markup, and other technical enhancements.
- Monitor and manage the website’s backlink profile to ensure quality and relevance.
- Utilize SEO tools to track, report, and analyze website performance and search engine rankings.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Optimize for local search results, particularly for store locations in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
- Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an SEO role with a focus on large e-commerce brands
- Preferred experience using Shopify CMS
- Expert knowledge of Google’s product suite & other relevant tools including but not limited to Google SearchConsole, GA4, Semrush & crawling tools
- Experience using Shopify CMS
- High Proficiency with Excel and or Google Sheets
- Ability to influence, educate, and bring together various departments in order to drive strategic SEO initiatives
- Proven track record of executing successful technical, on-page content and off-page initiatives
- Qualification in a relevant field is desirable but not essential
