**What you do**:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager this role will develop, implement, monitor and adjust paid search and digital media to position Allianz Partners B2C products above key competitors, deliver qualified leads and increase conversion. Working closely with regional B2C teams, agencies, internal and external stakeholders, this role will be charged with accelerating digital paid media performance across all products in APAC countries New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Australia.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop the paid digital media plan across paid SEM and digital to achieve overall B2C revenue goals and objectives
- Work closely with local country B2C teams to understand and align on creative direction, positioning, portfolio strategy and direction to ensure paid digital media is optimized for market strategy and performance
- Manage the execution of paid digital and search strategies, which includes:

- Setting campaign goals and objectives, including test campaigns
- Leading with a test and learn mindset to continuously optimise paid media campaigns
- Effectively managing media agencies to optimize programs on major search platforms, such as Google Adwords, Programmatic platforms
- Hands on management of Google Adwords performance and optimising in B2C country markets without media agencies
- Develop and submit text ad content to Compliance to ensure it complies with regulatory standards
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting program performance metrics to key stakeholders
- Analyzing performance data and making recommendations for improved performance
- Ensuring delivery of creative is correct in market and recording for audit purposes digital creative proof
- Manage tag implementation for media tracking and trouble shooting of tag issues
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure that Allianz Partners is well positioned in search results and creative meets market expectations
- Conduct periodic deep dive reviews of the program and present findings to regional B2C teams and key stakeholders
- Supporting the wider B2C country teams to deliver on B2C targets and assisting on projects as requested by the Digital Marketing Manager

**What you would bring to this role**:

- 4+ years’ proven experience in paid search and programmatic media
- Experience running search programs on search engines, such as Google, Bing, etc
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, SA360 and third party tracking and optimization tools, such as Skai
- Experience in insurance or financial services a plus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to assist in developing data-led recommendations and decisions
- Strong understanding of analytics and measurement frameworks for digital media
- Experience with content management systems
- Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
- Team player with strong cross-functional skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in continuous learning, as well as, a passion for coming up with creative solutions
- Passionate about leveraging technology to power the customer experience.
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
