It forms an important part of our customer service team, who respond to enquiries from our own team members, and some from the public. Versatility and flexibility is required, as you move from phone based support, to completing some operational administrative tasks too.

As the interface between the store network, external trade and retail customers, this role will see you providing first class customer service and assistance, with queries relating to all aspects of both retail, trade, systems, promotions, and more. This is a fun, fast paced role, where you get to build rock solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as getting involved in a variety of process administration and continuous improvement initiatives. With no two days the same, this is the perfect role for anyone looking to kickstart a career in an office bound role.
