They are now seeking as part of their Agrifood Engagement team, known for evokeAG. event, the
**Manager, Engagement growAG, **a role responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding new stakeholders into the recently formed
**Manager, Engagement growAG **is responsible to manage key identified stakeholders and identify and grow further commercial organisations to the platform.

This is a business development orientated role and entails:

- identifying, targeting, and converting new potential platform organisations
- building strategic connections, networks, and relationships with domestic and international agrifood tech ecosystem entities
- supporting potential investors through the premium content gateway and assisting with navigation and connection - hand holding and guiding the process
- managing stakeholder engagement always ensuring high quality interactions with a portfolio of identified stakeholders (focussed by both RDC and region)

To be successful in this high exposure role, you will have:

- ability and experience to business develop and ‘sell’ a concept to a potential stakeholder and close a commercial deal, not scared to pick the phone up
- tertiary qualifications in business, research, agriculture, communications, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a commercialisation and or product development working closely with stakeholders - exposure to research will be highly regarded
- a passion for or understanding of agriculture and/or food
- highly developed presentation and communication skills
- strong project management skills with exceptional customer service skills
