
Professional Services Account Manager

This newly created role will see you working across both out community relations and professional services team. This role will be key to assisting new customers during their implementation phase as well as remaining their main point of contact for ongoing support, acting as the customers trusted partner. This role is unique in that it provides a variety of tasks and is seen as the conduit between the Professional Services and Community Relations Teams.
**On a daily basis you will**:
- Develop strong executive relationships with customers by conducting regular visits to their offices across Australia and New Zealand.
- Act as an escalation point for any issues customers may be experiencing, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Represent the StarRez community at internal product management meetings, and share community feedback directly with product owners.
- Provide internal support for the project management team, ensuring that the implementation of new modules and/or services is completed with high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist with scoping out requirements for specific customers requiring bespoke solutions.
- Identify and cultivate upsell opportunities and support company marketing and sales initiatives.
- Perform on-site and remote product and services demonstrations.
- Assist with licensing, invoicing and credit collection enquiries for assigned customer accounts.
- Successful management of multiple concurrent StarRez projects and related activities
- Prepare and conduct professional training and consulting sessions (Onsite and Remote)
- Work with customers and StarRez teams to design integration of StarRez software with other systems
- Perform project activities and provide expertise and project management to the project team
**Minimum Requirements**:
- 2 - 4 years experience working with in a customer facing role, experience in technology preferred but not essential.
- An active interest in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Relevant sales and account management experience.
- lnterstate and overseas travel required.
**Desired Skills**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and external relationship building skills.
- Accounting knowledge preferred
- Student housing knowledge preferred
