**The Role**:
Your role will have key areas of responsibility including:

- Conduct open for inspections.
- Prospective tenant communication.
- In person routines.
- Condition reports / exiting reports.

**Skills and Experience**:
We are looking for a vibrant and motivated individual. You need to be confident juggling multiple tasks and able to work autonomously under minimum supervision.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Ability to meet leasing targets.
- Previous use of PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate (highly desirable).
- Current Agents Representative Certificate.
- Australian drivers’ licence / current police check.
