**About the role**

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management Team and contribute towards our ongoing growth and successful market presence.

Your customer service expertise, work ethic and dedication will be rewarded with growth, development, and clear progression pathway.

Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated.

The role will involve Leasing and Property Management activities for our Melbourne portfolio.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Entry and exit reports
- Conduct open for inspections
- Conduct private inspections
- Conduct follow up calls with potential tenants

**To be successful in this role you need to possess**:

- Current Australian Driver’s license
- Great presentation & communication skills
- Minimum of 12 months of client services experience
- Problem solving skills and ability to work towards resolutions
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation and a desire to learn
- Reliable vehicle
