**The Opportunity**

MY SUPPORT has an immediate opportunity for experienced Disability Support Workers to work with our client in Melbourne on a permanent part-time basis.

**About you**
- Be available to work 10am - 6pm
- Compassion for people with disability and/or mental illness
- Fluent in English preferred but not essential

**The role may involve**
- Behavioral and Mental Health Support
- Supporting individuals with Household activities
- Community Participation

**Essential Criteria**
- The legal right to work in Australia
- Certificate 3 or Higher in Disability Support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Valid Australian Driver license with reliable transport
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Police check

Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory that they work.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 42 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
