**Business Development & Operations Manager (Security Services)**

A newly established security division of a larger organisation, providing security solutions across Melbourne, Victoria. As a fully licensed security provider, we are committed to delivering tailored, high-quality security services, including unarmed guards, mobile patrols, and monitoring services.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Sales & Operations Manager** to spearhead the growth of our division. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in **sales, business development, and security operations**, who can generate new contracts and ensure seamless service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Development & Sales**
- Identify and secure new security contracts across various sectors (retail, corporate, industrial, construction, events, etc.).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in facility management, retail, and commercial industries.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

**Operations & Service Delivery**
- Oversee day-to-day security operations to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service excellence.
- Train, and manage security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with Victorian security regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with clients to provide customised security solutions.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in **security services sales, business development and operations**.
- Strong **sales and networking** skills with the ability to close deals.
- Knowledge of **Victorian security regulations** and industry best practices.
- Experience in **managing security teams, rostering, and service delivery**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive growth in a startup environment.
- Current **Victorian Security License**.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
