Our customer base is spread Australia wide and includes government firefighting services, the Australian Defences Forces, and other state-based government organisations including the SES, Police and Ambulance Services. We supply to non-government industries that operate in, or supply to dangerous, high risk and demanding environments.
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record selling into the various state-based fire brigades and emergency services located across Australia. A working knowledge of fire pumps and other ancillary firefighting equipment is essential as are your strong and well-established business relationships with the various state-based fire brigades, emergency services and truck builders. Using your influencing skills, you will be responsible for tender preparation, delivery and negotiations.
You will have the ability and ambition to progress to the General Manager level within a short period of time, assuming full responsibility for the business, including P&L/ cash management, sales, customer service and all people related activities and be willing to travel interstate with occasional international travel required.
