The role

Full Time position (6 weeks leave per annum)

The Administrator is responsible for the efficient management of the MLC Kindle Office, provides high level customer service and performs general administration duties of MLC Kindle.

Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Provide a customer orientated friendly service to visitors, staff, students and families of MLC Kindle and Junior School.
- Maintain Administrative operations including correspondence and updating student records.
- Maintain Student Absences and associated documentation through SmartCentral
- Assist parents with Child Care Subsidy information including the production of fortnightly statements.
- Liaise with Government Departments including Department of Education and ACECQA
- Provide administrative support for the MLC Kindle Directors and MLC Kindle team.
- Liaise with various college departments for the functioning of MLC Kindle including Marketing, Admissions, Finance & Security
- Assist in the monitoring of Faculty Budgets and processing of invoices.
- Assist in the organisation of Kindle events including professional development for staff.

- A current Working with Children Check and Police Check
