As part of the Community Engagement team, the Advancement Department is responsible for fostering meaningful connections through philanthropy, alumnae and parent relations, and donor stewardship. Together, we inspire a culture of giving to enhance the College’s programs and resources.

The Role
As the Philanthropy Data and Administrative Support, you will be at the heart of our fundraising and engagement efforts. Reporting to the Associate Director of Advancement, you’ll provide essential administrative and data management support to ensure smooth operations and meaningful donor interactions.
This is a full-time position on a 9-12 month contract, starting in January 2025.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for the Associate Director Advancement.
- Draft and distribute donor communications, including thank-you letters and impact reports.
- Support event logistics, including RSVP management and material preparation.
- Maintain and update donor records in our database with precision and care.
- Process donations, issue receipts, and generate insightful reports to evaluate fundraising performance.
- Support recognition and engagement activities, from events to donor outreach.
- Ensure the security and organization of donor records, both digital and physical.
- Identify and implement enhancements to data and administrative processes.
- Document and streamline standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the success of philanthropic activities.
- Engage with staff across the College and external vendors to support donor-focused initiatives.

What You’ll Bring Essential:

- Experience in administrative support or data management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication abilities.

Desirable:

- Experience with donor management or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with the not-for-profit or education sectors.
- Event or fundraising campaign management experience.
