The role

We are seeking a qualified professional for the role of P-12 Admissions Consultant. The role focuses on the introduction and nurturing of prospective students, compliance with government regulations, and administrative functions related to the enrolment journey.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, work in a fast-paced environment, have a high attention to detail, and understand ‘customer’ needs, and be willing to learn and develop individually and in a team. Prior experience in admissions is highly regarded.

Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Introduction and nurturing of prospective students and parents to the educational opportunities at MLC.
- Reinforcing the College’s Vision, mission, values and of key importance value proposition and supporting information to prospective parents.
- Statutory compliance with government regulations
- Provision of administrative functions connected with the enrolment journey.
- Liaise with Family Accounts to support any late enrolments or enrolment payment issues including refunds as required.

About You
- A strong customer service focus with both internal and external stakeholders
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an Education Admissions and Marketing dedicated CRM
- 5+ years experience in customer service
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- A current Working with Children Check
- Be a strategic thinker, open to ideas, striving for excellence and have a high level of integrity
