dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering services across five continents.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Organisation & Methods Analyst** to join our Projects team.
This role requires strong communication skills, as the Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and implement effective solutions.
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Undertake comprehensive work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures including administrative and clerical processes.
- Review and analyse organisations’ workflow charts, reports, manuals and job descriptions to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
- Engage with clients to discuss business and organisational challenges and collaborate to devise effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing systems and structures within the organisation.
- Interact with staff at all levels to understand current systems and observe operational procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of approved recommendations by issuing revised instructions, procedure manuals and other relevant documentation.
- Review operating procedures regularly and advise on any deviations from established standards or procedures.
- Chair regular project meetings with all departments to ensure implementation and change reviews are completed thoroughly.
- Measure department KPIs and success to ensure new methods are being adhered to.
- Regular travel is required.
**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aviation industry with strong understanding of Ground Handling Operations.
- Previous experience in Change Management within the Aviation industry
- Proven experience in organisational analysis, process improvement and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Previous experience in change management is desirable.
- Willingness to travel as required.
This is a Full-Time Permanent position with a salary range between $70,000 and $80,000 annually base plus super (depending on experience).
