About this opportunity*
The primary purpose of this role is to drive PACT Group’s Logistics performance and continuous improvement. This role will work closely with the Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations teams across PACT Group to identify and address Logistics losses and opportunities to improve Logistics efficiency and costs.
**Your key responsibilities will be to**:
- Set, monitor and report Logistics KPI’s, highlighting gaps and improvement opportunities
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues, root causes and corrective actions
- Partner with key stakeholders across logistics, warehousing, planning, procurement and manufacturing teams to identify and address losses and improvement opportunities to reduce cost and improve performance
- Identify opportunities to develop & distribute management KPI reports to drive adherence and compliance to supply chain / logistics processes and KPIs
- Undertake analysis to support control and improvement of flow and inventory integrity
- Support GM Logistics in managing Logistics suppliers and developing key partners
**Your skills and experience**
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in managing Ocean Freight Providers, Freight Forwarders and Domestic 3PL/4PL
- Track record of Logistics performance improvement and cost reduction
- Strong stakeholder management skill, results orientated, focusing on the key objectives and striving for effective outcomes
- An ability to show initiative, prioritise and meet deadlines with strong influencing skill
- An ability to analyse complex date and propose appropriate business solution and propose appropriate business solutions
