This 12-month fulltime opportunity will see you becoming skilled in administration as you rotate across various teams and provide business support. Throughout the rotations you will receive practical and meaningful work experience alongside experienced supervisors, combined with formal study towards a **Certificate III in Business**.

**You will have the opportunity to learn**:

- Loan document administration
- Record management and processing including scanning and filing
- Executive business tasks including reception, diary management and setting up meeting rooms
- Involvement with Keystart’s Reconciliation Action Plan activities and cultural events with the Aboriginal home ownership team
- Additional administrative tasks as required including ordering stationery and planning events

- Has a willingness to learn
- Wants to make a positive difference in the lives of Western Australians
- Has communication skills, written and verbal
- Possesses basic knowledge of technology including Microsoft Office
